A list of all projects by Ozsubasi Homes Ltd either completed, in progress, or due to begin:

2008: New Project - The Prestige Apartments is an attractive apartment block consisting of four apartments and two duplexes.
It will be located in the Hunters Valley area of Altinkum, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Completion in April 2009.

2008: New Project - The Corner Complex is a block of twenty apartments with garage parking for thirty-five cars. It will be located in central Aydin. Completion will be in 2010.

2008: New Project - The Sun Villas are a pair of four bedroom semi-detached villas, each with a private swimming pool and sea views. Located close to the Marina Road in Altinkum, completion will be in April 2009. One has already been sold.

2008: New Project - The Green Valley Side Apartments will be situated in the Hunters Valley area of Altinkum, behind our 5 Star Apartments. The block comprises of five apartments and two duplexes.There will be an unusual communal swimming pool; it will be under a bridge which forms the entrance to the block.
Completion will be in April 2009. The two duplexes have already been sold.

2008: New Project - The Yesil Saray Apartments will be situated in the Hunters Valley area of Altinkum.This quaint apartment block will house four apartments and one duplex. Each apartment has been designed differently. Completion will be in April 2009.

2008: New Project - Extending the Ozsubasi Sitesi by building a further two apartment blocks, each housing thirty-two apartments. There will be designated parking, and plans are underway to have a mini-supermarket on site. Completion will be in December 2008.

2007: The 5 Star Apartments are located in the Hunters Valley area of Altinkum, and were completed in April 2008. The block consists of four apartments and two duplexes. Sold out.

2007: The Turkish Delight Villas are a mini-complex of four semi-detached villas with a large communal swimming pool, situated near the Yesilkent Road in Altinkum. Completed in May 2008, only two villas are still available.

2007: The Turkish Retreat consists of two villas and two duplexes with a communal swimming pool located on the new Marina Road in Altinkum. Completion will be in December 2008. Both the duplexes have already been sold.

2007: Central Life apartment block located in Aydin, consisting of twelve apartments and two shops.

2007: Relax Life apartment block located in Aydin, consisting of 16 apartments.

2006: The Ozsubasi 4 apartments, consisting of eight apartments and two duplexes, located in Altinkum.

2006: The Ozsubasi Sitesi complex in Aydin, one block of twenty-four apartments and one of forty-eight, with a large communal swimming pool and designated parking for ninety-four cars.

2005: The Sedef Apartments, consisting of six apartments and four duplexes in Altinkum.

2005: The Birlik Apartments, consisting of six apartments and three duplexes in Altinkum.

2005: The Ozsubasi Apartments, consisting of eleven apartments and four duplexes in Altinkum.

2004: The Aksubasi Apartmentsconsisting of ten apartments and four duplexes in Altinkum.

2003: Primary school in Ozluce/Tavas/Denizli.

2002: Army base for the local Jandarma Lojmani, Tavas/Denizli

2001: Complex of 120 semi-detached villas in Kizikli/Akbuk with a large swimming pool, and a private beach for the Turkish community.

1999: A 750m2 factory unit in Denizli, which took a year to complete.

1999: Sewerage system for the below complex of seventeen villas.

1998: Complex of seventeen triplex villas in Yarengume Yapi Kop, Tavas/Denizli.

1998: Apartment block consisting of eighteen apartments in Medet Village, Tavas/Denizli.

1998: Apartment block consisting of twelve apartments in Konya.

1998: Factory unit for the packaging and exporting of nut products.

1997: A 1000m2 Conference Hall, which took a year to complete.

1997: Petrol station and restuarant in Mugla.

1997: Complex of forty-eight semi-detached villas in Yarenler Yapi Kop, Tavas/Denizli.

1996: Four Apartment blocks housing thirty apartments in Cagirgan Village, Tavas/Denizli.

1996: The water drainage system for the Cagirgan Belediye (local council)

1996: A park for the Cagirgan Belediye.

1996: Apartment block consisting of nine apartments in Denizli/Pamukkale.

1996: Apartment block consisting of ten apartments in Aydin.

1996: The central Coach/Bus station in Tavas/Denizli.

1995: An 850m2 brickwork factory in Aydin.

1995: A Co-operative (on behalf of the local council) consisting of five hundred and sixty apartments in Tavas Belediyesi, Huzurkent Yapi Kop, Tavas/Denizli, which took eight years to complete.

1993: Two apartment blocks.

1992: Primary school with eighteen classrooms in Ivrindir Village, Balikesir.

1992: Private English hospital, the Aydin Adnan Menderes Ozel hastanesi.
